Welcome to Tunez Hub, the premier music learning marketplace connecting independent music instructors (Providers) with students/parents (Receivers) seeking music-related lessons.
These Terms of Use Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tunez Hub and any related services, features, Content, or applications offered by Moratama LTD CO.
By accessing or using Tunez Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms, policies, guidelines, or rules provided by us and incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Tunez Hub.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of an entity, such as a musical school or learning center, you warrant that you have the authorization from such entity to accept these Terms on their behalf, and you agree that these Terms also bind the entity.
If you are a Receiver, you acknowledge that when you interact with a Provider, additional terms related to their offerings may apply. By interacting with a Provider, you agree to any additional terms discussed and presented by the Provider.
Definitions
- Tunez Hub refers to the Tunez Hub Mobile Application downloadable on the Google Play or Apple Play Store and related website, as well as any services, features, and Content offered by Moratama LTD CO through them.
- Provider refers to any independent music instructor who advertises and provides music lessons to other users through Tunez Hub.
- Receiver refers to any parent/student who books or subscribes to take music lessons from another user through Tunez Hub.
- Content refers to any text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software available on Tunez Hub.
- “users”, “you”, or“your” refers to any individual accessing and using Tunez Hub – to provide or receive music lessons.
- “we” or “us” or“our” refers to Moratama LTD CO, the company providing Tunez Hub.
