About Carly Rubin

Hi there, I’m Carly Jeannette Rubin, your new voice teacher, acting coach, & personal cheerleader! In the CJR Voice Studio, we work towards efficient, sustainable, & joyful singing! Carly has always considered singing her second language. She found herself moving to NYC at 18 years old to pursue her BFA in Drama at NYU Tisch’s Atlantic Acting School and double major in Educational Theatre. 4 years later, Carly stayed at NYU to receive her Masters of Music in Vocal Performance- Musical Theatre and Advanced Graduate Certificate in Vocal Pedagogy from NYU Steinhardt. Through this program, she taught private voice lessons as an Adjunct Professor of Voice.
